Where It All Began.

Spice Mix was founded in 2018 with a simple belief: food should bring people closer. What started as a small idea — to create a space where flavors, conversation, and community thrive — has grown into one of the city’s most loved South Asian dining experiences.

From our earliest days, we’ve stayed true to one thing: every plate we serve is made with care, creativity, and respect for the ingredients we use. We source seasonally, work with local producers, and let the natural character of each ingredient shine.

At the soul of Spice Mix lies an extraordinary love story told through food. Chef Hari, who has been perfecting his craft since 2006, works alongside his wife Mamata, who joined the culinary journey in 2012.

Together, this husband-and-wife team has created something truly special—a restaurant where every dish carries the pride of homely cooking and the precision of professional expertise.
